What if I'm out of state?

We also offer 1 on 1 remote support

Will you fix the technical issues?

We will make every possible attempt to resolve your issues, but we can not guarantee that we will fix your technical issues. We will advise you on options we feel may be needed to get your device working properly.

What if I need more than 1 hour during my session

Due to our demand with other obligations, we will have to require additional charge.
